No trip to the seaside is complete without a visit to the Blackpool Amusement Arcades! Most of them are open all year round and provide a range of games for people of all ages. It’s great family fun that you can enjoy in any weather!
Blackpool Amusement Arcades
Blackpool’s first purpose built amusement arcade was the Golden Mile Centre. Built by The Blackpool Tower Company it opened in 1968 in the old Funlandia building on Central Promenade.
Now, there’s loads of them! In the main Golden Mile area there’s practically one on every corner! Here are the biggest ones – can you think of any that we’ve missed off the list? Which one’s your favourite?
Coral Island – Blackpool’s Biggest and Best Amusement Arcade!
